Artemis Mission Patches

science

NASA News reports that a jacket displaying Artemis I and II mission patches was photographed on Thursday, Aug. six, twenty twenty-six, hanging behind a chair in the Rocco A. Petrone Launch Control Center during a terminal countdown simulation for Artemis III. The Exploration Ground Systems team conducted the simulation, which runs through the final five hours of the launch countdown and includes the last ten minutes of terminal count, as Artemis III prepares to carry out low‑Earth‑orbit objectives that will demonstrate critical systems needed for future lunar landings, beginning with Artemis IV. Stay up to date with NASA’s Artemis program.
