Launch HN: Vendo (YC S26) – Let users build features on top of your product

A new open-source tool called Vendo allows software users to build their own custom features and dashboards directly within the products they already use. As Hacker News tells it, the platform uses a sandboxed environment to let users describe a needed workflow or report, which Vendo then generates as a durable app using the host product's own API and design theme. The founders, who are part of the Y Combinator winter twenty-twenty-six cohort, aim to move beyond simple chat-based AI by creating personalized software that molds to a user's specific business logic.
