Pakistan says retaliatory airstrikes in Afghanistan killed 25 militants

According to Pakistan, retaliatory airstrikes and ground operations in eastern Afghanistan have killed twenty-five militants linked to cross-border violence. The military action followed recent attacks on paramilitary troops in Karachi. However, Afghanistan's government accuses Pakistan of also causing civilian casualties.
