Singapore-produced animated film The Violinist wins highest prize at Annecy Festival

Singapore animation made history at the prestigious Annecy International Animation Film Festival. The film The Violinist, co-directed by Singaporean filmmaker Ervin Han, won the festival's highest prize and also received the SACEM Award for Best Original Soundtrack in a Feature Film—according to Channel NewsAsia, the first time a Singaporean production has achieved this double win.
