Lauryn Hill honoured with Living Legend Icon Award

American musician and actress Lauryn Hill has been honoured with the inaugural Living Legend Icon Award at the BET Awards. According to ABC News, the Black Entertainment Television network presented the honour in recognition of her decades of cultural impact as a solo artist and as part of the groundbreaking hip-hop group the Fugees.
