More than 200,000 newly displaced in Sudan’s Kordofan region

Al Jazeera English reports that intensified fighting in Sudan has displaced at least two hundred thousand people in the Kordofan region since late last year. More than two hundred thousand individuals have been forced from their homes as the conflict escalates.
