Voting Begins In Kazakh Elections Marred By Exclusion Of Opposition, Attacks On Media

The OSCE monitoring mission, bolstered by observers from dozens of nations, continues to assess the process despite limits on local watchdogs, and officials say preliminary results will be announced on August twenty-four.
