Venice-Bound ‘Meteorite,’ Debut Feature From Colombia’s Sebastián Múnera, Acquired by MoreThan Films (EXCLUSIVE)

MoreThan Films has acquired the film "Meteorite," the debut feature from Colombian director Sebastián Múnera. As Variety tells it, the story follows two women living near the Magdalena River who smuggle cellphones while raising a young nephew. The movie is set to have its world premiere during Venice Critics' Week from September second to twelfth.
