US Navy unveils advanced air-to-air missile with 300-mile range

The Straits Times reports the US Navy has unveiled an advanced air-to-air missile with a range of about three hundred miles. The missile can strike targets more than four hundred sixty-five kilometers away, per the report. Air-to-air missiles are typically launched from fighter jets, and longer range means pilots can engage from farther away.
