PBS NewsHour reports that a handyman in Key West, Florida, was arrested by Border Patrol on Sunday while waiting for his son to return from the U-S-S Lincoln. According to his wife, Argelia Aviles, forty-eight-year-old Luis Manuel Aviles was taken into custody after leaving home to take his car to the mechanic — even though she says he holds a permit to work in the United States.
