Erik Poppe Talks Haugesund Opener ‘Beloved,’ Written by Nobel Prize Winner Jon Fosse: ‘People Long for Something Honest and Truthful’

Director Erik Poppe is opening the Norwegian International Film Festival Haugesund with a film titled "Beloved." As Variety tells it, the project is based on a script written nearly twenty years ago by Jon Fosse, who received the Nobel Prize in Literature in twenty twenty-three.
