DPM Gan Kim Yong visits US amid 12.5% tariff on Singapore exports

Singapore's Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong is visiting the United States to reaffirm trade and investment ties. Per Channel NewsAsia, the visit comes as a twelve point five percent tariff affects Singaporean exports. The Ministry of Trade and Industry says the trip will also explore cooperation in emerging sectors.
