According to ESPN, Nikita Kucherov of the Tampa Bay Lightning has won the Hart Trophy as the NHL's Most Valuable Player for the second time. In the closest Hart Trophy voting since the 2001-02 season, Kucherov narrowly edged Connor McDavid of the Edmonton Oilers.
