Show HN: TeXbrain, a LaTeX editor that runs pdfTeX in the browser via WASM

A master's engineering student has released TeXbrain, a LaTeX editor that runs the pdfTeX engine directly in the browser using WebAssembly. As Hacker News tells it, the tool is a static site with no backend, allowing users to edit files locally via the File System Access API and sync with Git without a paid subscription. While it currently lacks support for BibTeX and certain advanced engines, it offers a way to compile documents on devices like Chromebooks where installing a full TeX Live environment isn't possible.
