Key witness in Meta trial says terms of settlement insufficient to halt apps’ harms to teenagers

Whistleblower Arturo Béjar likened the settlement’s limits to allowing people to smoke as many cigarettes as they want in a two‑hour window, noting it does not make the product any safer.
