Swiss voters have rejected a far-right proposal to cap their country's population at 10 million. According to NPR, nearly 55 percent voted against the initiative, which was championed by Switzerland's largest right-wing party. The measure would have imposed strict immigration limits on the wealthy Alpine nation.
