Exclusive Cover Reveal of HOPE YOU STILL LOVE ME by Rabha Ashry

Electric Literature has revealed the cover for Rabha Ashry's upcoming memoir, Hope You Still Love Me, set for publication in May 2027 by Santa Fe Writers Project. The cover, designed by Laura Waltje with photography by Elizabeth A Rosales, weaves together personal artifacts from Ashry's life — including art she made during her first manic episode, her wedding photograph, and line art from her tattoos. Ashry's memoir chronicles her experience as a queer, bipolar Arab woman seeking asylum in Chicago, and the cover is meant to mirror that journey from biological to chosen family.
