Patrick Holland to Remain Chair and CEO of Banijay U.K. Following All3Media Merger

Variety reports that following the eight billion dollar merger of Banijay with All3Media, Patrick Holland will remain executive chairman and chief executive of Banijay United Kingdom, answering to Banijay Entertainment chief executive Marco Bassetti. The newly formed Banijay Entertainment, described as a behemoth, is headquartered in London and is jointly owned.
