According to BBC News, the UK Court of Appeal has ruled that Palestine Action's proscription is lawful. The decision upholds the Home Office's challenge to an earlier High Court ruling that had found the ban should be quashed. The activist group's legal challenge to its proscription has thus been unsuccessful.
