Man accused of stealing Sea Scouts' boat probably doesn't get his old boat back
other
According to Boing Boing, a man has been arrested for stealing a thirty-foot sailboat from the Sea Scouts youth program. His plan was simple: register the boat under a different name and swap it for a far worse vessel, hoping no one would notice. The Sea Scouts' program got the short end of that deal. Now that he's in custody, he's unlikely to recover his original boat either—making for what Boing Boing calls the world's dumbest maritime trade-in.
