Salesforce is acquiring Fin, an artificial intelligence platform for customer service, in a $3.6 billion deal. According to TechCrunch, Salesforce plans to integrate Fin's technology and team into Agentforce, its enterprise platform for building custom AI agents that automate business tasks.
