Haptic Headband #AdafruitLearnSystem

tech

According to Adafruit, makers can build a haptic headband that vibrates to signal meditation breaks—without a sound. The project uses a haptic motor controller that generates different vibration patterns: waveforms, taps, clicks, hums, bumps, and fuzzes. Sewn into a bandana or worn as a headband, each pattern can be customized to mean something different, whether it's 'time to breathe' or a reminder. It's a hands-free, silent notification system for mindfulness.
