British actor David Morrissey told Variety at the Monte-Carlo Television Festival that he relies on gut instinct over analysis when performing. 'Analysis can be paralysis sometimes,' he said, explaining that while he tries not to think about the audience when making TV, he ultimately just hopes people connect with it. Morrissey stars in ITV's hit thriller 'Gone,' which is competing at the festival.
