According to the Hollywood Reporter, Bulgarian directors Kristina Grozeva and Petar Valchanov have a new film premiering at the Karlovy Vary Film Festival. 'Black Money for White Nights' explores post-Soviet society through the eyes of an aging couple whose retirement dreams are disrupted by Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The duo previously won the festival in 2019 with 'The Father,' marking their return to the main competition.
