India's government has blocked access to Telegram until June 22nd. According to France 24, the restriction comes after concerns that the platform was used to help candidates cheat on medical entrance exams. The block was issued under Indian IT law provisions that give the government broad power to restrict online services in the interest of national security and integrity.
