Trump says US is taking partial control of Venezuela's oil reserves

Donald Trump says the United States has reached an agreement with Venezuela to secure majority American control over more than sixty-five billion barrels of oil reserves. As ABC News Australia reports, the deal aims to give the U.S. partial control of the Venezuelan energy assets.
