According to Variety, CBS has reached a licensing agreement with Lee Mendelson Film Productions regarding the unauthorized use of Vince Guaraldi's 'Linus and Lucy' in The Late Show's recent finale. The settlement proceeds will be donated to World Central Kitchen, José Andrés' nonprofit relief organization.
