Verizon’s ‘Simplicity’ flat-rate plan starts at $30 per month for new customers

Verizon is rolling out a new Simplicity plan designed to streamline wireless pricing, according to The Verge. The carrier is eliminating activation and upgrade fees in exchange for a single flat rate: thirty dollars monthly for new customers, or forty-five for existing subscribers. Verizon notes the thirty-dollar price is an initial promotional offer.
