Playing Snake with a Pneumatic Display

A creator known as soiboi soft has developed a dot matrix display that uses vacuum pumps and silicone instead of traditional pixels. As Hackaday reports, the system uses pneumatic transistors to pull a flexible sheet inward, creating visible hollows that form images. While scaling up to a sixty-four pixel display caused some warping issues, the final version is responsive enough to run simple games like Pong and Snake.
