Floodmap shows the world without ice

A new interactive tool called FloodMap visualizes how Earth's coastlines would transform if all the ice melted—or if seas receded. You input how many meters of water you'd like added or removed, and it redraws coastal maps using OpenStreetMap data. The site includes flood forecasts and a three-D visualizer to explore the changes. According to Boing Boing, it's an interactive, if sobering, way to understand what climate change could mean for the world's shores.
