Rescuers in Nepal are digging through thick mud that has filled a hydropower tunnel in Rasuwa, working through the night to reach people believed trapped inside, The Guardian reports. The death toll from the flash floods has climbed to six hundred twenty-six, with seven more confirmed dead across the border in Tibet, and the number still missing has risen to almost three thousand.
