According to The Athletic, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft has filed a complaint against the town of Foxborough, alleging that the municipality improperly charged approximately one million dollars in new licensing fees. The charges were assessed in connection with a license for hosting World Cup matches. Kraft's complaint challenges whether these fees were properly authorized.
