According to Variety, France TV Distribution has acquired international distribution rights to a new installment of the 'Apocalypse Civilizations' documentary franchise. This first new season focuses on Rome's Battle of Actium, the pivotal 31 BC naval confrontation between Octavian and the allied forces of Mark Antony and Cleopatra—a clash that ultimately determined the fate of the Roman Empire.
