Rockstar Games is extending Grand Theft Auto V's life on current-generation consoles. Starting June 18th, players with PS4 or digital Xbox One versions can upgrade to PS5 or Xbox Series X and S editions for free, according to The Verge. It's a parting gift before the franchise's next chapter arrives—GTA VI launches within months. The upgrade covers both physical and digital editions on PlayStation, though Xbox owners are limited to the digital version.
