Janelle James, the star of Abbott Elementary, is developing a comedy series for Hulu called Rock City, in collaboration with Happy Endings creator David Caspe. According to Variety, the show centers on a woman who inherits a struggling tourist attraction from her estranged father when she returns to her hometown in the Virgin Islands.
