According to The Hollywood Reporter, Starz is acquiring the British thriller 'Tip Toe' for U.S. audiences. The series stars Alan Cumming and David Morrissey as feuding neighbors and comes from acclaimed showrunner Russell T Davies via Quay Street Productions, adding to Starz's growing slate of international drama imports.
