Starz has acquired exclusive North American rights to 'Tip Toe,' an LGBTQ+ drama from showrunner Russell T Davies, according to Variety. Alan Cumming and David Morrissey star as neighbors in conflict across five episodes. The series premieres on the streaming network later this year.
