Broncos OLB Cooper placed on commissioner's list

The NFL has placed Broncos outside linebacker Jonathon Cooper on the commissioner's exempt list, ESPN News reports, following a pair of domestic violence arrests earlier this summer. The exempt list keeps a player away from team activities while the league reviews the matter.
