According to France 24, Ukraine launched large-scale drone strikes against Moscow early Thursday, targeting an oil refinery and striking military infrastructure. The attacks wounded at least 17 people. President Zelensky confirmed the operation also hit military targets in Russia's Rostov region and in occupied territories within Ukraine.
