Chris Pratt is stepping into an unlikely comedy role—not as an action hero, but as the star of historical comedy shorts. According to Variety, he's teaming up with presidential historian Doris Kearns Goodwin for the project, called America two-fifty. The series comes from digital studio ATTN: and has backing from the U.S. Government. Emmy-winning producer Alex Gregory, known for his work on 'Veep' and 'White House Plumbers,' is handling production. The shorts will blend comedy with American history.
