Wednesday is recovery and reflection. Thursday is for consolidation, writing, meetings, and planning. Friday is a buffer for anything that didn't fit earlier. Then rest on the weekend. The insight: two days is the sweet spot for deep work before diminishing returns set in. The key principle: rest isn't time left over—it's a scheduled part of the system, essential to creative output.
