Romania has extended its film production cash rebate program, the government announced this week at the Transilvania International Film Festival. According to Variety, production companies can sign financing agreements through the end of twenty twenty-nine, with payments running through twenty thirty-one. The revamped initiative offers a thirty percent cash rebate, making Romania an increasingly attractive destination for international film and television projects.
