Jonathan Toews has retired. The Blackhawks captain and three-time Stanley Cup champion announced his decision Friday, closing the book on one of hockey's most storied careers. According to ESPN SportsCenter, Toews was also a two-time Olympic gold medalist with Canada—a legacy that few athletes in any sport can match.
