Man, 23, charged with murder after fatal Teesside house fire

A 23-year-old man has been charged with murder after a house fire in Grangetown, near Middlesbrough, killed a seven-year-old girl and her thirty-four-year-old aunt, and injured four others. The Guardian reports police were called to the blaze on Birchington Avenue at five twenty-three in the morning last Wednesday.
