Ministers call for better tracking of teenagers at risk of dropping out of work or training in England

According to The Guardian, England's government has admitted that councils have no information on the whereabouts of over thirty-two thousand teenagers aged sixteen to seventeen who are neither in education, employment, nor training. In response, ministers are urging schools and councils to improve how they identify and track teenagers at risk of completely dropping out.
