A mystery DVD mailed from Poland hid coded threats in a plague doctor video

According to Boing Boing, a Swedish tech blogger opened a mysterious package from Poland in October twenty fifteen and found a DVD inscribed with an alphanumeric code, no return address included. What was on the disc? Two minutes of black-and-white video: a figure in a plague doctor costume standing in a ruined building, holding a hand with a blinking light, all accompanied by loud, discordant buzzing. No explanation, just cryptic codes and what may be the internet's creepiest piece of unsolicited mail.
