According to The Guardian World, overnight Russian strikes on Kyiv killed twenty-one people and injured more than eighty. The attacks damaged thirty locations across the city, with most hits on ordinary residential buildings. In a separate development, President Zelenskyy raised concerns about sanctions evasion: European companies, some controlled by Russian sanctioned oligarchs, continue supplying essential materials to the Kremlin. He's pushing for faster results from an Irish government investigation into alumina exports to Russia, saying these firms are 'keeping the aggressor supplied with essential materials even now.'
