Pubs allowed to stay open until 5am for England Mexico match

Pubs across England can now stay open until five a.m. for the World Cup match against Mexico. According to BBC News, the government had initially said it wouldn't expand licensing hours beyond what was already granted for the tournament. But the government has made an exception for this matchday.
