'Most massive' Russian attack on Kyiv kills at least 22

According to the BBC, Russia has conducted what officials describe as the most massive attack on Kyiv to date. The assault used the largest number of weapons deployed in a single barrage and struck locations across a wide area of the capital. Ukrainian authorities report at least twenty-two people have been killed.
