crustc: entirety of `rustc`, translated to C

According to Hacker News, developer Philpax has translated Rust's compiler, rustc, entirely to C. The project, called crustc, is available on GitHub. While Rust was designed as a memory-safe alternative to C, porting its compiler to C could enable compilation on platforms with limited toolchain support or offer an alternative compilation route.
